Remembrance Parade

Today is Remembrance Sunday where we remember the soldiers who fought for our country in world war one and two.

There is usually a parade in our small town, but I have never been to it before. This year we plan on going so that my sons can join in with the Scouting movement who support this parade.
Thankfully after yesterdays wet day, today is pretty dry so the attendance should be good.

I am going to make sure my kids have a hearty breakfast in a minute so they don't get too cold while we stand at the Cenotaph. Porridge I think this morning.

After we get back, I think we will need to catch up with the homework and other bits to prepare us for another working week.
