All I got was this lousy...camera?

Are you familiar with this saying? Well, it's usually a shirt, not a camera. lol Anyway, this is what happened to me around the time my parents separated.
Right around the same time I had wanted a Polaroid camera. They were kind of cool cameras back in the day. lol
I guess my dad was feeling guilty about the separation or something, because when I asked him for a Polaroid, not only did he agree to it, but he ended up getting me the more expensive version that was available!
Shocking, I know! It's too bad I hadn't been a few years older. I probably could have gotten a car out of it! lol
