Was the referee was biased or not?

That's the big question on the talk show now about yesterday final game that made Gor Mahia champions again.

Apparently he signaled a five minutes added time due to injury yet the actual time was over ten minutes. Word goes that he was so excited at Gor winning the cup that he forgot to blow the whistle while others say he was bidding for the rival team to score something that failed miserably, i can go with the excitement part of it though.
